Overview

Apart from dealing with affairs related to the local jewellery industry, part of the mission of our Association is to take an active role in the affairs of the society through liaison with government departments, commerce and trade offices, various organizations, chambers of commerce, as well as regional offices representing different countries overseas. To this end, we have established ties with various government departments to facilitate members' contacts with them.

To Establish effective external ties

We have had discussions with the Hong Kong Commerce, Industry and Technology Bureau. During overseas trade shows, we have met with officials of the New York and San Francisco offices of the Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office, as well as those from the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.

It is our hope that these meetings and visits have established effective links for our member to better understand the overall business environment and put their own business opportunities to better use.
